Roam.io helps travelers plan trips together. Treat other travelers with respect in Tribe posts, Ideas, comments and replies, friend requests, profiles, direct messages, and trip group chats. Collaboration works best when public sharing, invitations, roles, and shared plans stay clear and intentional.

Share only content and external links you have the right to share. Keep booking details and travel documents limited to people who need them. Never post another person’s private address, precise location, images, or itinerary without permission. Do not pressure others for personal information. Use reporting and blocking tools in good faith when something feels unsafe.

Trip Documents and messages may contain sensitive personal information. Uploaders should review visibility carefully; only editors and owners can mark a document Shared with trip.

Reports may be reviewed. Access may be limited or accounts removed when needed to protect users or the service. These guidelines work together with the Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy. This draft is not a counsel-approved code of conduct.
